Exterior Painting

Looking to paint the exterior of your home? Painting homes is a big project that takes time and attention to detail. Get it professionally painted by us and we will make sure to handle  everything for you such as power washing, sanding, and priming. It takes a lot of preparation to get the house painted just right and as usual we at VianiS love getting it done right the first time. You choose the color and we will paint it.

Project Management
Our goal is to make this entire project as easy, convenient, and stress free as possible for our customers. We will plan the entire project before lifting a paint brush so we can ensure timeliness and efficiency. We are here to make your life easier.

Washing
If needed, all surfaces are hand scrubbed and rinsed with a power washer to thoroughly get rid of all dirt and debris.

Scrape & Sand
It is very important to scrape any loose dirt and peeling paint and then sand the surface in preparation for primer. If this step is not done correctly it will shorten the new paints life span.

Priming & Caulking
We will prime and caulk any surface that requires it, we always have two sets of eyes on this process so if one painter misses it, the other one won’t.

Preparation
VianiS will protect the entire project site by covering any surfaces that do not need painted. We are here after all to paint a house and not vehicles, roofs, or bushes.

Paint Exterior!
The reason why we are at your home, it is time to begin painting. Again we make sure to keep everything protected around your home including your neighbors’ belongings. We will paint any color requested by our customers.

Clean Up & Walk-thru
Cleanliness will be maintained at the job site at all times and all waste will be disposed of by VianiS Paint and Remodel, LLC in a professional manner.
